Medical Insurance

While working as a consultant for Patriot Technical Consulting, you and your dependents are eligible to participate in the Group Health Care benefit plans after completing 30 days of service. Coverage will begin on the first of the next month following 30 days of service and be working a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible.

You and your dependents are eligible to enroll in the limited medical plans offered by UnitedHealthcare. (Limited Medical Plans are not intended to replace major medical insurance.) The plans available to you through UnitedHealthcare provide the following features:

Dental Insurance

Our Dental Insurance for candidates is provided through UnitedHealthcare. This insurance covers you and your dependents and offers 2 packages to choose from where some of the features offered between the two packages include:

Vision Care:

Patriot Technical offers our candidates a Vision Plan through UnitedHealthcare providing eligible participants with quality vision care and prescription eyewear through a national network private practice and retail chain providers. The plan provides the following benefits:

401K Plan:

Patriot Technical Consulting also offers a comprehensive 401K Plan administered by Merrill Lynch. This program is offered to all of our candidates after they have completed 90 days (three months) of employment for Patriot Technical Consulting.

Additional benefits include a Health Savings Plan, Supplemental Life Insurance, and Supplemental Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.
